About DIKAM

Built in Rwanda. Built on people.

Our story

DIKAM Fashion Ltd was founded by Diane Mukasahaha, whose journey — marked by resilience, vision and commitment to her community — grew into one of Kigali's significant garment operations: a factory of 500 machinists producing uniforms, workwear and private-label garments for institutions and brands at home and abroad.

Today DIKAM is ISO 9001:2015 certified, Made in Rwanda certified and AGOA-eligible, exporting to Europe, North Africa, and East & Central Africa.

In December 2025, Diane was named one of ten finalists in Africa's Business Heroes — the continent-wide prize backed by the Jack Ma Foundation — selected from more than 32,000 applicants and taking the stage at the Grand Finale in Kigali.

The DIKAM Training Center

Our training center develops garment-making skills and secures employment for women, young mothers and youth in Rwanda — a pipeline of trained talent for our floor, and real opportunity for our community.

For buyers, it's also an answer to a question that matters more every year: who makes your garments, and how are they treated?
