The night the whole factory celebrated

Some milestones belong to everyone. When DIKAM was named one of the ten finalists of Africa's Business Heroes 2025 — from a field of more than 32,000 applicants across the continent — the people who earned it were the machinists, cutters, finishers and trainers who make this factory run.

So that is who celebrated: hundreds of staff in DIKAM red, confetti poppers, music, and a night none of us will forget — in the same yard where trucks load orders every week.
