Closing the year together

Factories measure years in orders shipped, but a year like 2025 deserved more than a production report. This was the year DIKAM stood on the Africa’s Business Heroes stage in Kigali as a top-10 finalist — recognition earned by every person on this floor.

So we closed it the right way: the whole team, dressed up, under a tent in the same yard where the trucks load — music, food, awards and dancing until the Kigali evening light gave out.
