DIKAM Fashion Ltd was honoured to welcome H.E. Mr. François Kanimba to our production floor in Kigali.

Mr. Kanimba has served as Commissioner of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS) since August 2020. Before that, he was Rwanda's Minister of Trade and Industry, following a long career at the National Bank of Rwanda, where he served as the Bank's Governor from 2002.

Few visitors understand the regional trade picture better. His tour of the factory — the production lines, the training centre and the finished goods — was a conversation about exactly the things DIKAM is built on: Made in Rwanda manufacturing, jobs for women and youth, and access to markets across Central Africa and beyond.
