H.E. Mr. Francois Kanimba visiting DIKAM FASHION LTD
Mr. François Kanimba is the Commisner of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS) since August 2020. Before his post as Commissioner, Mr. Kanimba was Rwanda’s Minister of Trade and Industry after a long career in the Central Bank of Rwanda, where he also served as the Bank’s Governor since 2002.
